    Hi, I'm Clint!

    I'm a computer networking trainer, engineer, admin and lifelong small business owner. (Ask me about the summer I spent installing network cables for an office in the Texas heat with no air-conditioning)

    Way back in 2004 I decided to move into the I/T industry and out of retail management to get into a better paying career with more opportunity, and more specifically computer networking. After struggling to learn the technologies and the functionality and to somehow prove myself with certifications (in the beginning) I finally got some traction and moved into a desktop support company, then quickly moved my way up to the prize that I really had my eye on...a Network Engineer position.

    After overcoming the obstacles I had to overcome and seeing how overwhelming computer networking can be when you're a beginner, I found myself helping other beginners as I learned and gained experience. Before I realized it I was one of the primary trainers in a corporate environment showing all the "newbies" how to learn and advance. I earned the name "Ace Networker" from my colleagues because I could troubleshoot issues fast and train others how to do it just as well.

    I worked in the computer networking field for almost 21 years and now train beginners in the field how to get started, how to clearly and easily understand everything and how it all works together, and how to advance to their desired goal.
